Welcome
We admire you for taking this courageous first step of self-discovery. Life isn’t without its flaws and despite the standards we try to hold ourselves to, neither are we. From everyday stressors and unforeseen life changes to complex relationships and overwhelming expectations, at some point, we all face challenges that are both surprising and difficult to navigate. Creating change within oneself that is lasting and meaningful sometimes requires a little assistance.
That is where we come in! Oceanside Counseling is a shared office space for like minded therapists to provide services for their clients. We are not a group practice which allows clinicians to offer unique, creative and diverse approaches for emotional expression and personal reflection. Here is the opportunity to discover and deepen one’s connection with themselves and others, allowing for healing and clarity.
Our Approach
As a collective group of individual providers, we thrive on helping people heal—whatever that looks like to them. Therapists utilizing the Oceanside space are warm, empathic, honest, curious and committed. We care about how this treatment impacts your life outside of session. We know that therapy is a personal journey and success is defined by the client, driven by their story and gently guided by the therapist.
All therapists in the space are Master’s Level clinicians with varying specialties, interests and perspectives. We have decades of experience between us and lean on each other to pool resources and provide the most informed care possible. Our approach is infused with numerous modalities including but not limited to Cognitive behavioral, Dialetical behavioral, mindfulness-based interventions, trauma-informed care, psychodynamic, narrative therapy etc.
We pride ourselves on relationships. The relationships we share with you, the relationships you have with those around you and most importantly the relationship you develop with yourself.
From all of us, you can expect a safe space to explore all facets of your life.
