Creating change within oneself that is lasting and meaningful sometimes requires a little assistance. That is where we come in! Oceanside is a supportive space that allows for emotional expression and personal reflection. We offer the opportunity to discover and deepen one's connection with themselves and others, allowing for healing and clarity. We look forward to connecting with you!

Here’s some of the highlights for the look and feel of our office.
I was so apprehensive to pursue therapy and put it off for far too long! When I finally made the leap I ended up at Oceanside Counseling. My experience has been fulfilling, nurturing and challenging. The space is warm and welcoming and I immediately felt at east. I highly recommend!
Oceanside has been exactly what I needed as I navigated the end of a significant relationship. Walking into the office provided the sense of relief I didn’t even know I needed. I leave feeling lighter and I look forward to my sessions each week!
I was referred to Oceanside for a life long struggle with anxiety. Following the first session, I already felt like I had a better grasp on my triggers. The office is clean and private. I have referred two of my friends!
Very grateful for Oceanside!
I brought my teenage daughter to Oceanside for treatment of depression. I have full confidence that she is in competent, compassionate hands. My daughter loves the therapy room and the trust she has built with her therapist. Truly impressed!
